April takes into account your goals, current fitness level, injuries etc when choosing your program.
Daily workouts and active rest days provided to you each day. All you do is log in to your online dashboard and follow the plan for the day!
Each daily workout has 4 options:
1) at home workout
2) gym workout
3) quick workout (if you are short on time)
4) do you own workout.
April keeps you accountable and is there to answer any questions you may have about the workouts or specific exercises etc.
Each exercise has different modifications so that you can choose the one that’s right for you and progress as you get more comfortable with the moments.
